NCAA Football: Ohio State vs. Michigan

The Ohio State Buckeyes will host the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, December 12. Ohio State has had a stellar season so far. They went undefeated in their first three games, which places them second in the Big 10 East. Ohio State is a strong competitor in the NCAA D1, and they are looking to repeat their strong showing last season. They finished atop the Big 10 East undefeated and won B1G Championships for the 38th time in the program’s history.

Ohio State’s season started late due to coronavirus. They had to cancel their mid-November match against Maryland when too many members of Maryland’s team tested positive for the virus and the school pressed pause on all the team’s activities.

Michigan also began their season in late October. They went 1-3 in their first four games to take the second last spot in the Big 10 East. Michigan’s only win of the season so far was over Minnesota, defeating them 49-24. This win came in Michigan’s first match of the season, and they have had no success getting back in the win column ever since.

Last season, Michigan finished third in the Big 10 East with a 6-3 record but lost the VRBO Citrus Bowl title to Alabama.

Ohio State vs. Michigan betting odds are on PowerPlay.com. Ohio State will take on Illinois and MI State before their match-up with Michigan. Ohio State will likely win their games against both teams, as both Illinois and MI State are ranked significantly lower in their respective divisions than Ohio State.

Michigan is scheduled to take on Rutgers, Penn State, and Maryland before facing Ohio State. Rutgers and Maryland will prove to be tough opponents for Michigan, as both have higher Big 10 East placings and have won more games this season. Penn State has yet to win a game this season and Michigan could potentially pick up their second win in this match.

The Ohio State vs. Michigan betting lines can be found on PowerPlay.com. After this game, the league will reset to begin playoffs. The top four CFP teams will be announced Sunday, December 20. All other bowl games will begin Saturday, December 19. The schedule for these games will be released following the conclusion of all week 15 and 16 games.
